“ Date of service: 11.9.24 Ambiance: cute and roomier than I expected looking from the outside. Indoor & outdoor dining option. Staff/Customer service: it was ok Food: my daughter and I were in the area for an all star volleyball game at UDC. We arrived early to get dinner before the game. We had two personal pan pizzas and shared a Caesar salad, mozzarella sticks and two lemonades. The pizza was cooked in a brick oven, flaky puffy crust and the flavor was pretty good. I wish I had a little more cheese on our pizzas but the homemade marinara sauce made up for it with its' sweet taste. Recommend: it's a little on the pricey side. I paid about $85 for this meal. Wasn't expecting that. I was expecting maybe $50 at least. They added gratuity to our two(2) person party which I was shocked to learn. I didn't notice that disclaimer from all of the text on the menu. I would say give it a try once. It wouldn't be a place I'd return simply because I don't believe we should've paid that much for 6 slice personal pan pizzas S/N: on street parking is very limited. Use garage parking across the street or two blocks up. I drove up & down Connecticut Avenue 5 times before finding a space ”
“ Went in right before closing to order a spinach and caramelized onion pizza, but got a pepperoni pizza instead. Did not realize it until I returned home, but IPK was nice enough to refund my money. ”
“ We live just 2 blocks from Italian Pizza Kitchen and order from them probably at least once a month since we moved here a year a go. We've always enjoyed their welcoming and prompt service when we've dined in, but we usually order take out which is typically ready by the time we walk over. We absolutely LOVE their super-flavorful chicken alfredo...it's even better as leftovers the next day, which is great because I can never finish the entire dinner portion. The meat sauce has just a hint of a roasted green pepper flavor...normally I'm not a fan of green peppers but that sauce is just perfect, especially on the spaghetti and/or the meatballs. I believe the dough they use is fresh (likely homemade), and is used in all of their pizzas, calzones, and stromboli. ”
“ I placed an order for pick up to get some pizzas for a work event today. Honestly, the order was wasted on a work event, because they have some really cool and unique pizzas I'd love to try! I got a cheese pizza, a pepperoni pizza, and their Hawaiian pizza, plus a few order of mozzarella sticks. The pizzas were ready when I stopped by at my pick up time, and the cashier was very nice. The restaurant looked warm and welcoming. The food was all delicious. The mozzarella sticks were only warm when we finally ate them, but pretty good. The pizzas were great, though, and got great reviews from everyone, which is hard to do! I'm a big Hawaiian pizza fan, and their Hawaiian had really good ham and little tomatoes on it, which added a nice extra something that made it stand out. Three 16 inch pizzas was more than enough for 8 people- we could have gotten 2 and still had a couple pieces left over. It's nice to have a new go-to pizza place in the area for work functions! I would love to go to the restaurant myself for dinner. ”
“ ASTOUNDING. This establishment is amazing! The Italian is authentic, our waitress was superb, the food was delicious, and our experience was phenomenal! My friend and I absolutely love this place. We visited twice in less than a week to get a taste of a few dishes. Regrettably I only took one picture of their tiramisu. But all of the food was FANTASTIC. The cannoli was the BEST I ever had. I can't believe how kind the waitress was! She served us the last cannoli available! I recommend this place to everyone who goes DC, to visit this hidden gem. Can't wait to visit again!! Very clean, organized, authentic and humble ambiance. ”
